Order terms
The online catalogue is an enquiry and ordering aid. An order is confirmed only after Chrisé Munches agrees the item, quantity, price, timing and fulfilment details with you.
Prices
Prices shown on the website are provisional launch prices unless specifically confirmed. “From” prices are starting points. Custom cakes, catering, bulk orders, special decoration and delivery may require a separate quotation.
Availability and lead time
Availability badges are guidance. Fresh production capacity, ingredients and order volume can change. We will confirm availability and any lead time before requesting payment.
Custom orders
Custom designs are priced after size, flavour, decoration, quantity and timing are understood. Reference photos are used as inspiration unless an exact design has been expressly agreed.
Changes and cancellations
Because many items are made to order, changes or cancellations become harder once ingredients have been purchased or production has started. Any cancellation, refund or rescheduling arrangement is confirmed for the specific order before production begins.
Direct checkout
Direct card checkout is not enabled in this phase. The website sends structured order details to WhatsApp for confirmation.
